    Optional — code consulting at preliminary design

    Change of use, existing-building (IEBC), energy code, zoning — we solve the hard code questions early, before they cost you schedule.

    You finish the drawings and send them to us

    Same set you'd file with the city. We return a proposal to sign and a Notice of Intent for the owner, then file the NOI with the District.

    We perform the official code review — in place of DOB

    We issue your approval package and agency stamp

    Prescreen, then the remaining District reviews proceed
